Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔒 Final Sale Items – No Returns or Refunds

  • Collectible Card Products (including trading card packs, boxes, singles, and sealed items) are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Pre-Orders: All pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

  • 📦 Refused Deliveries / Unauthorized Returns

    Orders for final sale items, including collectible card products and pre-orders, may not be refused, returned, or canceled to bypass this policy.

    If a customer refuses delivery, initiates an unauthorized return, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned to us, a handling/restocking fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be charged to cover shipping, return handling, payment processing, administrative costs, and inventory risk.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Any remaining eligible balance, if applicable, will be refunded only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.


🎲 Board Games & Other Products

You may return board games and all other eligible products within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened.

  • The item is in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

We'll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
