Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, major product releases, promotional events, inventory audits, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
GamesLand Canada reserves the right to cancel, delay, or hold any order for verification, fraud prevention, inventory discrepancies, or other legitimate business reasons.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
GamesLand Canada ships orders using reputable carriers, including but not limited to:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator
- Canpar
- ICS Courier
- Other carriers as required
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, and service level selected.
Any delivery dates displayed on our website or provided by a carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
GamesLand Canada is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, customs delays, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, or any other events beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, order value, package dimensions, weight, and available carrier services.
Flat Rate Shipping
A flat shipping rate starting at $16.99 CAD applies to most Canadian orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders shipped to select Canadian provinces and territories.
Eligibility for free shipping is determined automatically during checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Order value
- Package size and weight
- Carrier availability
- Promotional eligibility
Certain oversized products, heavy items, remote locations, and specific regions may not qualify for free shipping.
The shipping options and rates displayed at checkout are the final and applicable shipping charges for your order.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and carrier rates.
International Orders – Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For all orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, sales taxes, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities, government agencies, or shipping carriers.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to GamesLand Canada.
GamesLand Canada has no control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate their amount.
GamesLand Canada assumes no responsibility for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Tariffs
- Brokerage fees
- VAT, GST, or other taxes
- Customs clearance delays
- Seizures or inspections by customs authorities
- Any additional fees imposed by government agencies or carriers
Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by customs or the carrier due to unpaid fees, the customer remains responsible for all associated costs.
Damaged, Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Parcels
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, GamesLand Canada is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery occurring during transit.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Customers may purchase Route Package Protection during checkout to protect eligible shipments against loss, theft, or damage.
If Package Protection is purchased, all claims must be submitted directly through Route in accordance with Route's terms and conditions.
GamesLand Canada does not administer, approve, or deny Route claims and assumes no responsibility for claims covered by Route Package Protection.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
GamesLand Canada is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect postal or ZIP codes
- Incorrect recipient information
- Customer data entry errors
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Signature Requirements
GamesLand Canada reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for any order at its sole discretion.
Customers may also request a signature-required shipment prior to order fulfillment, which may result in additional shipping charges.
Failure to be available to receive a signature-required shipment does not make GamesLand Canada responsible for delivery delays, storage fees, or return shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
GamesLand Canada reserves the right to limit, refuse, cancel, or restrict shipments to certain regions, addresses, countries, freight forwarding services, mail forwarding services, or high-risk destinations at its sole discretion.
Additional verification may be required before certain orders are approved and shipped.
