CATAN - Traveler

Catan: Traveler is a compact, travel-friendly version of the classic Catan experience, designed to capture the core gameplay while adapting it for a smaller, portable board.

Players compete to be the first to reach 10 victory points, primarily earned by building settlements and cities. On each turn, the active player rolls the dice to generate resources based on existing structures. Players then trade, expand their road networks, and upgrade their settlements as resources allow.

Compact Board, Classic Gameplay

Instead of individual hex tiles, Catan: Traveler uses six modular land pieces that can be rearranged to create varied game layouts. This streamlined design maintains strategic depth while making setup and transport quick and easy.

The folding game board forms a trapezoid shape and includes built-in drawers along the sides to neatly store player pieces and resource cards—perfect for travel or compact storage.

Two-Player Variant Included

Catan: Traveler also features a two-player variant, using special cards that allow players to force trades. When activated, one player takes two cards from their opponent, then returns any one card—adding interaction and balance to smaller games.
